Please note that all items available in our store are pre-owned and sold in their current condition. Before making a purchase, please carefully review the product descriptions, images, item conditions, included accessories, and any special notes to ensure you are fully satisfied.

■Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the item or a discrepancy not mentioned in the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will generally process a cancellation and refund.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please send the item back to us via cash on delivery.

We kindly ask that you inspect the condition of the item and check for all accessories immediately upon arrival.

■Return Exceptions

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns if any of the following conditions apply:

-More than 8 days have passed since the item was delivered.

-The item is significantly more damaged than when it was delivered.

-The item has been altered or repaired at the customer's request.

-The item shows signs of having been used, even if only once.

-The item has acquired odors such as perfume or cigarette smoke.

-Product tags or accessories are missing.

-The return is requested for reasons already stated in the product description (e.g., signs of wear, minor scratches, etc.).
