Product Warranty
Our warranty period is within one week of delivery. Please be sure to check the condition and operation of the product upon arrival.
Some of our products come with a warranty card, while others do not.
Please use the information on the warranty card as a reference only.
The manufacturer's warranty period may have already expired.
We are unable to provide details about the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

return / Cancel
We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to differences from your personal expectations or impressions. Please review the product images and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
If there is a defect not described in the product details, we will process a cancellation of your order.
Please return the item to us with all included accessories using the provided return shipping (collect on delivery). Once we receive the item, we will promptly proceed with the cancellation and issue a refund.
If your address is serviceable by DHL pickup, we can provide a return label from our side.
If DHL pickup is not available at your location, we kindly ask that you arrange the return shipment yourself.
Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons attributable to the recipient, except in cases of initial defects, damage, loss*, or non-delivery* of the products (*based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier).

It depends on the product. If accessories are not listed under “Included Items,” only the watch itself is provided.
Our products are generally not overhauled. They are sold as pre-owned items in their current condition.
As these are pre-owned items sold in their current condition, we do not perform water resistance tests. Therefore, we cannot guarantee water resistance. Please exercise caution when wearing near water.
The batteries are not new, and we cannot guarantee how much power remains. If the watch stops, we kindly ask that you replace the battery at your own expense.
We are unable to provide additional images.
We are unable to cover any repair costs if the product has been repaired by the customer.
We do not offer a reservation or hold service for products.
We do not offer special orders for specific products.

Shipping
Unfortunately, due to shipping carrier regulations, we are unable to deliver to PO Box.

We offer free shipping on all orders.
Our shipping days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after completion of the order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery date due to potential shipping issues.

Shipping within Japan is handled by Yamato Transport, while international shipping is handled by DHL.
Yes, the shipment can be tracked after it is shipped.
After shipping from our warehouse, we will provide you with a Yamato Transport or DHL tracking number.

After shipping from our warehouse is complete (after updating the tracking number), your order will arrive according to the schedule below.
However, the arrival schedule is an estimate, so please confirm the shipping carrier's tracking status for the exact expected arrival date and time.

import tax
Our item prices do not include import taxes.
In the United States, if the purchase amount exceeds $800 USD, import tax may be collected when passing through customs.
For countries outside of the United States, customs authorities apply tariffs randomly to arriving packages, and we cannot predict or control them.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is difficult to confirm the exact import tax amount before shipping, so if you would like to confirm the exact import tax amount before shipping, we recommend contacting your local shipping carrier office or customs office.

The term of sale is DDU "duties and taxes unpaid".
The price shown does not include such items as VAT, import duty, tax and other unpredictable charges against middleman and agents.
In case of these unexpected charge needed in the due course, these charges should be paid by the customers.

Customs Duties
We are not familiar with the customs regulations of your country.
If you place an order with us, there is a possibility that you will be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or other import-related fees upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information regarding the exact amount or conditions, as these vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to check with your country's customs office in advance before placing an order.
Your package may be subject to customs tax and VAT (Value Added Tax). These extra charges are forms of tax that are not included in CLOSER STORE price or our shipping charge. They will be collected from you directly when the package is delivered, and it will be your responsibility to complete the payment in order to receive your order. Furthermore, your government may allow your postal service and couriers to charge fees to cover the administrative costs involved in customs clearance (instead of using the tax money to fund the effort).
Although it varies from country to country and it is not possible for us to find out the details. So, please make sure to find out the customs policy of your country before placing your order.
When the item(s) delivered to your address, You can't reject to pay duties payment or reject to receive the item(s). Prices indicated do not include any applicable VAT, customs duties, or any other form of tax that your government may collect from you directly at the time of delivery.
We are required to declare the value of prices paid for items accurately on the package to ensure that your package arrives without serious troubles at customs. Please do not contact us to undervalue your order.
As the customs office applies the customs charges randomly on arriving parcels, we are not able to predict or control it on our end. So, once again, please make sure to find out the customs policy of your country.
Some countries do not charge customs charges on most packages arriving from Japan and actually collect them only from a few percentage of them, but in many countries, these charges are collected on most packages arriving from overseas.
Starting February 2024, we will no longer be able to accommodate invoice declarations or modification requests in accordance with Japan's foreign trade law. Therefore, any orders requesting invoice modifications in the comment section will be canceled.
If you refuse to pay the customs duties, you can:
Have the package returned, you will receive the refund after deduction of shipping charges
Abandon the package in customs and not receive any refund
