Please note that all items sold by our store are pre-owned and sold as-is. We ask that customers carefully review product descriptions, photos, and any listed accessories prior to purchase.

Return Eligibility
If your item arrives with unexpected defects or discrepancies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will promptly cancel the order and issue a refund.
We will cover the cost of return shipping—please use cash-on-delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Upon arrival, customers are encouraged to inspect the condition and included accessories immediately.

Return Exclusions
Returns will generally not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. More than 8 days have passed since delivery
2. The item has significant damage beyond its original condition
3. The item has been altered or customized at the customer’s request
4. The item has been used, even once
5. The item has absorbed odors such as perfume or tobacco
6. Product tags or accessories are missing
7. The reason for return matches a detail already described in the product listing (e.g., visible wear or minor scratches)
